Pedetti Apartman - House Rules

To ensure your pleasant vacation and avoid possible misunderstandings, we would like you to become familiar with our house rules.

• The apartment can be occupied from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10:00 AM. In case of departure after 10:00 AM, the guest will be charged half a day's accommodation fee. One gate remote control, one garden gate key, and one front door key will be handed over with the apartment. In case of loss, a replacement fee must be paid. When booking, an amount equivalent to one night must be paid, which we ask to be settled within 48 hours after booking. If the booker does not arrive within the deadline, the right of sale returns to our apartment, and the booking is automatically cancelled. In case of non-arrival, we cannot refund the deposit. Cancellation can be made free of charge 72 hours before the arrival date, and the paid deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 72 hours, we cannot refund the deposit.

• The remaining total amount must be settled upon arrival together with the tourist tax, in cash. The apartment can only be occupied after payment of the full participation fee and after registration.

• Only guests registered upon arrival may stay in the apartment. If the owner notices strangers, the owner has the full right to immediately cancel the accommodation for all guests without refunding the accommodation fee.

• We do not take responsibility for valuables brought to the accommodation.

• When leaving the accommodation, please close the windows and doors and turn off electrical appliances.

• Operate the air conditioning only with closed windows; when leaving the accommodation, please turn it off!

• The landlord does not assume responsibility and cannot be obligated to pay compensation for damages resulting from natural disasters, fire, or events that occurred without their fault.

• Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by improper use, and the damage must be directly compensated to the landlord. The damage incurred must be compensated by the person causing the damage or their legal representative.

• Furniture may not be rearranged. The apartment's furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, and bedding, may not be taken out of the house.

• Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed on the terrace next to the entrance or on the street; please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray on the table or in the waste container after thorough extinguishing.

• Pets cannot be accommodated.

• When finally leaving the apartment, the key must be handed over to the landlord; the timing must be coordinated with the landlord. We check the apartment before and after departure. In case of damage or vandalism detected after departure, the guest is financially responsible.

• In case of early departure, we do not refund accommodation fees.

• If any problems arise with the apartment during your stay, please notify the landlord immediately. We do not accept subsequent complaints.
